Elements of a Forum Moderator.

At the moment, I am the only forum moderator. As the guild grows, I will appoint more moderators. Characteristics of a forum moderator are;

Unbiased. This is a serious position, you need to be able to act professional.

Helpful.

Must be able to sense if a thread is getting out of hand. If you feel a thread is getting out of hand, lock it, and explain your reasoning to me. The topic may or may not be opened based on the topic.

Forum Moderators can not:

Delete a topic without proper permissions.

Delete a comment without proper permissions unless said comment is flamey.
